Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Called and Covered. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing & Production Time

Unlike traditional retail, all of our products are printed to order. This means your item is custom-made just for you once the order is placed.

  • Production Time: Standard production time is 2–7 business days.

  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will begin processing the following business day.

  • Orders are not produced or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily utilize flat-rate shipping to keep costs transparent.

Shipping Method Estimated Production + Shipping Estimated Price
Standard (US) 5–12 Business Days Calculated at Checkout
International 10–30 Business Days Calculated at Checkout

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume or customs processing.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has reached the shipping stage, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Called and Covered is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Shipping Issues

If you received your order damaged, or if the print quality is defective, please contact us at calledandcoveredclothing@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the item.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. Clear photos of the damaged item/print.

We will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you for verified production errors or items lost in transit.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. If a package is returned to the print facility due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

Tips for your Shopify Setup:

  • Transparency: Because you are shipping from Eau Claire (or wherever your providers are located), mentioning that items ship from multiple locations if you use different print providers is a good way to manage expectations if a customer receives two separate packages.

  • The 30-Day Rule: Printify's own policy for reprints is strictly 30 days from the delivery date, so keeping your policy aligned with that ensures you aren't stuck paying for a refund out of pocket later.
